These general conditions are made pursuant to the Civil Code and the Commercial Law; Law 7/1996 of 15th January, of the Retail Trade; Law 7/1995 of 23rd March, Consumer Credit and Law 7/1998 of 13th April, General Conditions of Contract.

These term and conditions together with the Order Confirmation constitute the Contract between Arratiechopark S.L. (hereinafter Biescas Aventura) and the Buyer.

All purchases are subject to the general conditions of purchase detailed herein. The user must accept the conditions before finalizing the purchase.

Terms of sale

It is essential to provide a contact telephone number in case of any problems arise with your order or shipment.

Tickets sold through the website are only valid for the day chosen during the purchase process.

Payment methods

The payment is by Credit Card or Debit Card.

Card payment is made through the secure payment gateway offered by the CECA POS. Accepted cards are: Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro and MasterCard. All transactions are secure, your data will not be registered in any database but travel encrypted directly to the virtual POS of the bank.

It will ask the card number, expiration date and security numbers (If turns over his card, in the space where you sign your card, it has a series of numbers, the last three numbers or CCV code)
